These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://ellisliteware.com and any purchase you make from Ellis Lite Ware ("Ellis Lite Ware", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Products, prices and availability

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
We work hard to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens.
Stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable, or a price was displayed in error, we will contact you and you may choose a replacement or a full refund.

4. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed by our payment provider and we send an order confirmation.
When you place an order we reserve the items for 60 minutes while you pay. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after this time and the items are released.
We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or where we cannot deliver to your address; any payment taken will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by WittyPay by card, bank transfer, USSD or mobile wallet. We never see or store your card details. An order is marked as paid only after we have verified the payment directly with WittyPay for the full amount. If you are charged but your order does not show as paid, contact us with your order number and we will resolve it.

6. Custom specifications and personalised items

You may add specifications (for example names, sizes, colours or other instructions) to an order. Please check them carefully — we produce personalised items exactly as entered. Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or differ from your specification (see our Returns & Refunds policy).

7. Delivery

Delivery times and fees are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we will keep you informed of any delay. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns, refunds and your consumer rights

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how to return an item. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other applicable Nigerian law.

9. Corporate and bulk orders

Corporate, bulk and branded-merchandise orders may be supplied under a written quotation. Where a quotation's terms differ from these terms, the quotation applies to that order.

10. Reviews and content you submit

Reviews must be honest, relate to a product you bought and must not be offensive, misleading or unlawful. We may moderate or remove reviews that break these rules. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on our website.

11. Intellectual property

The Ellis Lite Ware name, logo, emblem, product photography and website content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. The Android robot is reproduced or modified from work created and shared by Google and used according to terms described in the Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution License. Android is a trademark of Google LLC.

12. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its security, placing fraudulent orders or using automated tools to scrape it.

13. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
