We deliver across Nigeria from our base in Abuja. This page explains delivery times, fees and what to expect.

Delivery times

Abuja (FCT): 1–2 business days
Other states: 3–7 business days

Delivery times start from the day your payment is confirmed. Orders confirmed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. These are estimates — we will contact you if your order is delayed.

Delivery fees

Your delivery fee depends on your state and is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises. Any free-delivery offer will be shown in your cart and at checkout.

Processing your order

Your order is processed once WittyPay confirms your payment.
Items with custom specifications or personalisation may need extra production time; we will tell you if so.
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and when it is on its way.

Tracking your order

Track your order at any time on our Track an order page using your order number and email address, or through My orders if you have an account. When your order ships we will share the carrier and tracking number where available.

Receiving your order

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — the courier will call before delivery.
If no one is available, the courier will try to contact you to arrange another attempt. Repeated failed deliveries may incur an extra delivery fee.
Please check your package on delivery. If it is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and tell us within 48 hours (see our Returns & Refunds policy).

Corporate and bulk deliveries

Delivery for corporate, bulk and event orders is agreed in your quotation, including timelines and any special handling.
